What is the Common Conditions Service?

The Common Conditions Service allows our trained pharmacists to:

  • Assess your symptoms

  • Provide clinical advice

  • Recommend or supply appropriate treatment (where suitable)

All consultations are private, confidential, and professional.

Conditions we can treat

We can assess and treat a range of common conditions, including:

  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs) (women aged 16–65)

  • Impetigo

  • Shingles

  • Conjunctivitis

  • Oral thrush

  • Vaginal thrush

  • Haemorrhoids

  • Hay fever (allergic rhinitis)

If your condition requires further medical attention, we will refer you appropriately.
