What is the Common Conditions Service?
The Common Conditions Service allows our trained pharmacists to:
Assess your symptoms
Provide clinical advice
Recommend or supply appropriate treatment (where suitable)
All consultations are private, confidential, and professional.
Conditions we can treat
We can assess and treat a range of common conditions, including:
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) (women aged 16–64, not pregnant)
Impetigo (2 months and older)
Shingles (18 years and older)
Infective Conjunctivitis (6 months and older)
Oral thrush (1 month and older)
Vulvovaginal thrush (16-60 years)
Cold sores (1 month and older)
Allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis (2 years and older)
If your condition requires further medical attention, we will refer you appropriately.
